What you need before requesting a GoExch9 ID

Honestly, not much. The GoExch9 desk has stripped the request down to two answers. But people still turn up half-ready and then wait twice as long, so here is the short list.

Long-press the username in WhatsApp, copy, paste into the panel. Same for the password. It sounds fussy. It removes about nine out of ten "my GoExch9 ID is not working" messages.

Once you are in, the panel opens on the cricket lobby with a balance of zero and an exposure of zero, which is exactly right for a new GoExch9 ID that has not been funded yet. Find the password change option in the account menu and set your own. Both come from the same desk and both log in at the same place. The difference is what sits behind the balance.

My own view: if you have never used an exchange panel, take the demo GoExch9 ID for one evening first. Placing a lay bet and watching the liability figure move is easier to understand with play money than with your own five hundred rupees on the line. Then ask for the real one. Two messages, no cost.
